Shipping & Delivery

Our warehouse ships orders Monday to Friday from our Gold Coast facility. We use a wide range of freight companies to ensure that your orders are delivered with the best mix of delivery time frames and the best rates possible.

Our website can process shipping for domestic delivery within Australia and internationally to most countries. If our website cannot quote shipping to your destination, please contact our team and we will manually process the order for you.

Domestic Freight

On all small orders we offer a flat shipping rate of $17.99 (PKR 3,634). For medium-sized orders we offer a flat rate between $47.99 (PKR 9,694) and $59.99 (PKR 12,118).

Orders containing large, excessively heavy, or bulky goods will have shipping calculated automatically by the website at checkout.

If there is any issue with freight quotes on an order, our team will contact you prior to shipping to discuss the available options.

Freight Options

At checkout you will usually be provided with two freight options: a standard flat rate and a rate including freight insurance.

Freight insurance provides coverage for lost or damaged goods in transit. We recommend selecting this option for fragile or high-value items. While all care is taken when packing orders, items lost or damaged during transit without insurance cannot be replaced.

Delivery Information

Most freight companies deliver Monday to Friday. For this reason, we recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package during business hours.

Please double-check all shipping details before completing your order, as many shipments cannot be redirected once they are in transit.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If no one is available to receive the delivery, you may select the Authority to Leave option during checkout. This allows the freight company to leave the parcel in a safe location at your premises according to your instructions.

If you select “No” for Authority to Leave, the courier will leave a card in your mailbox indicating the post office or depot where the parcel can be collected (for parcels shipped via StarTrack or Australia Post).

You will need to present identification when collecting the parcel. If the parcel is not collected within the required timeframe, it may be returned to Car Toys and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions

Orders placed through the Car Toys website or through our sales team default to Signature Required. By selecting “Yes” for Authority to Leave at checkout, you authorise our delivery agents to leave the parcel at your premises according to your instructions.

Please note that drivers may not knock or request a signature when Authority to Leave has been granted.

You agree that the parcel is considered delivered once it has been left at your premises.

Car Toys and its delivery partners do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of selecting the Authority to Leave delivery method.

By selecting this option, you agree to release Car Toys from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages that may arise from this delivery method.

If Authority to Leave is not granted, someone must be present at the delivery address in order for the parcel to be delivered.

Order Processing

All orders showing as In Stock will typically be processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Products listed with a green “In Stock – Ready to Ship” label are available in our Gold Coast warehouse. Items not currently in stock will display an estimated lead time for arrival from the manufacturer.

Your invoice will also include stock information. If delivery times extend beyond the estimated timeframe listed on the product page, our customer service team will notify you.

If your order status shows as “Processing”, it means we have received your order and are preparing the products for shipment from our warehouse or sourcing them from the manufacturer.

Orders that include backordered products will be shipped once all items are available. If you would like a split shipment, please contact our support team.

You can check the estimated arrival time of backordered products by logging into your account on our website.

International Shipping

For international deliveries, Car Toys uses DHL Express.

If your shipping address is outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges once it reaches your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary between countries, and shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding import regulations and charges.
